Planning Center Online - People management
PCO is the linchpin of all church tools. It is an excellent tool for managing all your people. It also connects directly to almost every other tool on this list.
Planning Center is the tool that will grow as you grow. Start by just using their People product to collect information through forms, workflows to connect people, and custom fields to track the critical information for you.
Use Services to schedule your team, so everyone knows where and when to show up as you grow. Use Check-ins to track people attending by having them check in by name for small events and track numbers for more significant events.

Clearstream - Mass Text Messages
Clearstream takes your mass communication to the next level. With affordable texting, reach your people quickly. Clearstream is excellent for when you need to reach lots of people at once. Their Planning Center Integration makes it easy to send texts to people and track all the information.
Keywords allow your attendees to use short words to get automated messages. This is great for first-time guests or signs for an event.

If you’re looking for a more personal touch for your text messages. Heymarket allows you to send custom messages to your attendees and create conversation. This is great for follow-up and connection if you are looking for more of a two-way communication platform.
