What Happens When I Go Over The Check-Ins Included In My Plan?

When you exceed the check-ins available in your plan, you will be charged overages for additional check-ins. This does not stop your classes from running, and you will be able to continue through your current plan period.

Overages are charged at the end of your billing period, or immediately if you decide to cancel your plan.

You can choose to upgrade your plan in the middle of your billing period to save on overage cost.

Below are the overages for each plan:

  • Small Church Monthly & Annual - $0.75 Per Additional Check-In

  • Established Church Monthly & Annual - $0.50 Per Additional Check-In

  • Large Church Monthly & Annual - $0.25 Per Additional Check-In
