When Is A Check-In Counted?

Check-ins are counted each time a Guest checks into one of your classes. So, if a guest checks-in to Class A and Class B, that will count as 2 check-ins. Below are some details on how OnArk tracks check-ins for each individual class:

  • When a Guest checks into your class, OnArk will remember that Guest and let them check back in as many times as they want within a 30 day period.

  • The 30 day period starts for that guest as soon as they check-in.

  • If the Guest checks in after 30 days to that same class, they will be counted as an additional check-in.
