When Is A Check-In Counted?
Check-ins are counted each time a Guest checks into one of your classes. So, if a guest checks-in to Class A and Class B, that will count as 2 check-ins. Below are some details on how OnArk tracks check-ins for each individual class:
When a Guest checks into your class, OnArk will remember that Guest and let them check back in as many times as they want within a 30 day period.
The 30 day period starts for that guest as soon as they check-in.
If the Guest checks in after 30 days to that same class, they will be counted as an additional check-in.
What Happens When I Go Over The Check-Ins Included In My Plan?
When you exceed the check-ins available in your plan, you will be charged overages for additional check-ins. This does not stop your classes from running, and you will be able to continue through your current plan period.
Overages are charged at the end of your billing period, or immediately if you decide to cancel your plan.
You can choose to upgrade your plan in the middle of your billing period to save on overage cost.
Below are the overages for each plan:
Small Church Monthly & Annual - $0.75 Per Additional Check-In
Established Church Monthly & Annual - $0.50 Per Additional Check-In
Large Church Monthly & Annual - $0.25 Per Additional Check-In
What Happens When I Switch Plans?
There are multiple scenarios that could happen depending on the plan that you are switching to. See below for each possibility.
I am switching to a higher tier plan.
You will be billed a prorated amount immediately when switching to a higher tier plan than the one you are currently on. Overages will be charged according to the plan you end with at the end of the month.
I am switching to a lower tier plan.
You will switch to the lower tier plan at the end of your current billing period. Overages will be charged according to the tier you are switching from.
How Do I Change My Credit Card?
You can change the credit card used for payments inside of your Billing settings. This can be found in the top right drop-down of your admin dashboard, under "Billing".
